#NewRelease #Review MY BROTHER'S BILLIONAIRE BEST FRIEND by Max Monroe @jennw23 @authormaxmonroe

MBBBF - RB banner

One minute, I’m a woman trying to find her way in the world, and the next, I’m the sender of six of the most embarrassing text messages that have ever been sent in the history of time—or the cell phone.

Whatever.

My Brother’s Billionaire Best Friend, a hilarious romantic comedy from New York Times bestselling author Max Monroe, is available now!

MBBBF_Cover

Mabel “Maybe” Willis died a virgin at the very young age of twenty-four.
She leaves behind her parents, Betty and Bruce, her brother, Evan, a laptop filled with one too many Jason Momoa memes, and a Kindle library with more books than one human being could ever finish in a lifetime.
Cause of death: a text message.

Okay. So, I didn’t die.
But I may as well have.
One minute, I’m a woman trying to find her way in the world, and the next, I’m the sender of six of the most embarrassing text messages that have ever been sent in the history of time—or the cell phone. Whatever.
We’re talking code red, send a flipping mayday, the apocalypse is coming kind of texts.
And I didn’t just send them to some random person I’ll never see again.
No. That would be too easy.
I sent them to Milo Ives.
The man who played a starring role in all of my teenage fantasies—and my brother’s lifelong best friend.
And, boy oh boy, has he grown up.
He’s hard-bodied, blue-eyed, jawline-of-stone handsome, crazy successful, and has more money in his bank account than my brain can fathom.

Deflower me, please? I said.

Yeah. Send help.

4.5 snarky, sassy, and innocently adventurous stars

Le sigh. Max Monroe have me swooning again like an eighteenth-century socialite! Without a doubt, Milo is in over his head! Taking out at the knees before he even knew what hit him, Milo is at a loss before this story even begins.

I have to say Maybe is a great nickname but she's an even better person! (NO JUDGEMENTAL 'SHE'S NOT REAL' BULLSHIT, EITHER!) Sweet, sassy, and more naive than a 24-year-old New Yorker should be, Maybe is the new best friend you need to have. Fortunately for me, where you have Maybe you also get Lena and she is definitely the bringer of all this fun. Bad influence and amazing advice giver Lena is just what Maybe needed to step outside her comfort zone and go after her man!

Max Monroe did it again! Between gasping and laughing my ass off, I found plenty of swoon-worthy moments. This series is funny, sexy, and all kinds of sweet. I liked Greer but I think innocent Maybe is my new favorite. Just don't tell Captain, my Captain, that I really love Milo. I wouldn't want to hurt his ego.

"The angst slapped me in the face and I was alternating between crying and laughing throughout the whole story." ~ Wendy's Wycked Words
"A story of heartbreak and healing, LA Cotton has just once again proved why she’s a 1-click author for me." ~ Queen of the Books

This is quiet, reserved, so-in-love with her childhood sweetheart, Summer's book and it's safe to say this did not go the way I expected.

If I'm honest I hadn't really given much thought to Summer's book and I'm kind of glad because the whole book was a revelation to me. I fell head over heels in admiration for this amazing young woman. The decisions she made showed a maturity beyond her years. I was silently cheering her on every step of the way. The new friendship she formed I'm hoping will blow you away just like it did me. The level of care and understanding was just what she needed. Her level of emotional growth from when we first met her until this book is immense. Catching up with Maverick, Lo, Kyle and Laurie always makes me happy.

This is an author who continues to delight me with the unexpected in her stories. I never EVER want to leave these characters.

Promises.
They mean so much and get sometimes they mean so little. A promise is the embodiment of hope. And yet when it's broken or not kept its an empty shell of shattered dreams.

Whether promises are wicked or not, LA Cotton was definitely feeling wicked writing this. I lashed out so many times of I hadn't been alone people would have been questioning my sanity. I raged. I was heartbroken. I was angry. I felt betrayed. I felt hope. I felt love. Wicked Promises will definitely be testing your strength and your devotion to the Stone-Prince clan. I created some lovely hashtags for my venting purposes but my favorite is #killNickthePrick

I can't say more but just know it's with a heavy heart that I will take great joy in harming his most cherished parts with a plastic fork! 😊 For those that think that was too much, bite me! πŸ˜† Or Nick! πŸ˜† While I rage against #thePrick, I will say I was happily surprised by our hero. I think he's an outstanding addition to the Stone-Prince clan.

Enjoy Promises...there are plenty to hold onto!

5 of 5 stars

All the trouble resides with the Raiders!

Or that's what Hailee would like you to believe! The Trouble With You is a book you cant put down and an audiobook that you will try and squeeze in even when you don't have time. (Hence my typing this at 12:05 after having just finishedπŸ˜‰)
Hailee and Cam aren't strangers, at least not to me. I already read the book. loved the book. Told everyone in hearing range (as well as Insta and Facebook) about the book. Now let me tell you how much better it is in audio! Wen Ross has a voice that will make you stutter to stop while doing you chores. (I have proof!) I was cooking and legit forgot what I was doing because his voice, his emoting, and his words had me stopping to pay attention. (No worries, I was able to save dinner.) The sexy deep voice is perfect for Cam. He had me wishing I was watching it as a movie just so I could watch his facial expressions as well. And Sarah! As my first Sarah Puckett audiobook, I can say I will be searching the list for more. Her voice and her emotions were right on. She brought Hailee to life in a whole new way for me. The sarcastic quips and snide comments take on a new life with her attitude behind them.
I loved everything about this book/audiobook except for one thing...its over!

#Tour #Reviews KEY TO HELL (Hell Night Series #4) by Alex Grayson @EJBookPromos @AlexGrayson10

Title: Key to Hell
Series: Hell Night Series #4
Author: Alex Grayson
Genre: Romantic Suspense
Release Date: June 27, 2019

Death. Destruction. Pain. A soulless void. It’s his life. It’s his reality.
Emo doesn’t feel. Anything. His soul is dark and filled with hatred. People in the small town of Malus watch him with fear, with reverence. Exactly the way he prefers it.
Guilt surrounds him, caging him in an ominous past he refuses to let go. Can’t let go. His past is responsible for the shell of the man who now exists. He doesn’t know any other way to survive.
The woman who haunts his dreams is his only salvation. He’s hurt her over and over again. He didn’t have a choice.
The key he holds on to, the one he uses to carve into his flesh, is the key to his hell. It’s his reminder of the pain he’s suffered and inflicted.
Will there be retribution? Can Emo be saved? Or is he destined to live in this dark hell he’s surrounded himself in for the rest of his life?

I feel like a cheerleader chanting Emo Emo Emo. I can't help it I'm so excited to finally get his book. The ending of the previous book not only rocked the residents of Malus but also the reader. I think I always knew that Emo was going to have the hardest journey. Yes they all went through an unimaginable childhood but he has a severe case of survivors guilt. I really don't want to give the story away because it's top good. For me this story was an ending, a beginning and a healing. The whole series was emotional and heartbreaking but this one was the culmination of all the stories and a brilliant ending to the series.

Talk about a mic drop! I'm still excited, pissed, and ecstatic that Rella is alive. Yes, I meant it in that order. But I'm wrong...I'm not excited, pissed, and ecstatic that she's alive, I'm excited, pissed, and ecstatic that Alex Grayson was evil enough to hide it from us for so long! Poor Emo! As much as I love Trouble, JW, and Judge, broken bleeding Emo has always been my secret favorite. What can I say, I love the tragic ones!

Key to Hell is definitely tragic but it's not a tragedy. Does that make sense!?! Everyone that has gotten this far in the series knows Hell Night is beyond evil. The tragic things that tainted the lives of all these people are tragic but Key to Hell isn't a tragedy, it's a beginning. It's Emo's chance to find a way out of the darkness with the only person that could ever bring him light. His Rella.

Like Emo, Rella is a mess. Emotionally, physically, and mentally a mess. Who can blame her?! Life hasn't been easy, kind, or even safe. It's going to take more than trust to unlock the torture in her mind. Good thing Emo is adept at using keys.

Key to Hell is the end of a series but if you read closely Alex offers us a window before she closed this door. If you love the vigilante justice, I have a feeling you are going to devour the next series too.
