The dynamic between the guys is as strong as ever. I love them as a group. There is so much emotion in this book because of all Mason's issues. He is still in so much pain that he hasn't dealt with. I love Kingsley's personality, she bubbly and fun but with a steely resolve and hidden strengths. I couldn't have picked a better foil for Mason. One thing I didn't think I'd do was laugh as much as I did. Mason Falcon and Lake together are hilarious.
Next up is Lake and I'm not ready as I don't want the series to end.

Trinity Academy only gets more intriguing. Dark secrets, dastardly plots, and vendettas make this college like a daytime soap opera but with better sex.
Mason is closed off and with good reason until Kingsley makes a mess of everything with her sass, her candy, and her no f@c×$ to give. These two are special frenemies. I often found myself smirking at their comments, antics, and craziness.
Plus, I am so glad Lake's parents are rich! Feeding that boy is an expensive endeavor. I look forward to his future happiness.

Excerpt:
“We need to talk.”
“Oh-kaaay,” she points to where her suite is. “You want to come in?”
I gesture for her to walk ahead.
When we walk into her suite, she goes to place the bag on the coffee table, while I shut the door. I take a couple of steps deeper into the room.
“I’ve been looking for you.”
She digs through the bag and pulls out a lollipop. “I went to the store. Needed to restock my candy stash. I was supposed to go last night, but yeah, you know what happened.”
Unwrapping the candy, she pops it in her mouth. “Want one,” she mumbles around it.
“You seriously don’t care what people think about you, do you?”
She shrugs and sitting down on the couch, she points to the other couch. Taking the candy from her mouth, she says, “Sit.”
Yeah, let's get this over and done with. I walk to the couch and sitting down, I rest my forearms on my knees and lock eyes with her.
“Are you going to tell the entire Academy we slept together?”
