SYNOPSIS:

She doesn't date players...
Sophie loves her life: she's traveled the world and lived by her own rules. But when she finds out about her grandfather's heart attack, she drops everything and boards a plane to Ireland. Two weeks, that's the plan. Until one look at her childhood nemesis has her rethinking everything. She's sworn off athletes, but she might just give him a try...

He's the biggest player of all.
Sex and rugby. Those were the only two things Declan cared about, right up until his first love waltzed back into his life. Even as he slept his way through Dublin, he never stopped thinking about her. Never stopped wondering if she thought about him, too. So even though he's never gone after a woman the way he chases down opponents on the field, this time, he won't let her get away.

On the field, he's invincible, but she just might break him.

\\ SISTERHOOD REVIEWS //

Review by Anessa Renee

First off, I must say I'm a sucker for an accent and then add a hot athlete and I'm ready to read. This story was exciting and definitely lived up to my expectations. Sophie has to go back home and runs into Declan again. The thing is, Declan isn't going to let Sophie get away this time.
You must read this story to see what becomes of the two. This story will make you laugh, love, lust, and want more. On top of Sophie and Declan the author built up the secondary characters and makes you want more, more, more. I can't wait to read the next book. You must grab this book if you're like me and want a good sports romance - and of course the Irish hottie!

Review by Becky Rendon

So here's the Becky Crash Course in Rugby:

1. Beefy dudes running around in short shorts
2. Well built testosterone filled men beating each other with no pads or constant time-outs
3. Accents, most places that play rugby have melodic accents to wet your panties

I'm sure there are more "important" things like stats and scrum. But as a non-athletic individual who solely reads sports romances for the tight and lickable bodies...um, who cares?

Call me a shallow hormone filled bird, I won't disagree. But I will say that Sophie, while she appreciates beauty, isn't as shallow. Her world has been slightly off kilter since she was young. Her dad destroyed her trust in men and changed her home life permanently. Her mother wasn't much better. Even two years living with her grandparents didn't exactly make Sophie feel at home - though that was her grandparents' fault.
Sophie is lonely in her daily life and when an illness brings her back to her grandparents she learns far more about herself than she ever bargained for. Including the mysterious need to spend time with the bane of her existence, Declan O'Shanessy.

It's a fun and sexy story with some great secondary characters that you will want to know more about. I can't wait to keep reading. It's all for the props... see I may have picked up a few rugby terms while lusting after Declan and Cian... and Eoin... and Liam... Aidan...
I'll stop before the guys think I'm playing favorites.
