Some books are coming of age books but I would class this is a coming of self book. London has been with one man her whole life but when her marriage to her childhood sweetheart falls apart she has to pick herself up and move on.
At last a book with more mature characters dealing with real life issues that will strike a chord with alot of women. I loved reading about London as a reader you feel her pain I could imagine myself right there fighting with her to keep her head above water and not to succumb to the pain and grief.
This was a beautifully written book dealing with real issues, friendship and family love and loss and with an ending that came too soon for me I didn't want to stop reading. I need book two soon.
