Jacob last left us hanging in Quake. Kyle had just collapsed, leaving us not knowing if he would survive. My heart broke for Janny. She had been kidnapped and rescued, but now this. Could she survive if she lost Kyle?
Quiver picks up with Kyle in the hospital after having a stroke with Janny at his side. He is lucky to be alive. Kyle has a long road to recovery ahead of him. Having a stroke can change people. Can Janny and Kyle get past this unscathed?
I love this book. It is definitely a 5 Star book. I have been waiting since June to get my hands on Quiver. And let me tell you, it was well worth the wait. Jacob Chance did not disappoint. It was a quick and easy read. I literally could not put it down. I felt like I was right there with Janny and Kyle experiencing all their highs and lows.

I was glued to this book once I started reading I couldn't stop. Be warned, Jacob is going to put your emotions through it, I was smiling, then I cried, then I screamed, then I was smiling again. Not only do we get to see how Kyle and Janny deal with his health issues, but there's an element of suspense and danger. It's like watching a scary film whilst hiding behind a cushion your literally screaming noooo don't look!
Loved the characters as much as I did in book 1, and we've been set up very nicely for the next one.

First you have to read Quake. This isn't a stand alone, this book starts right where we left off. Which was done beautifully. For this being the authors first series and Quake being so amazing I get nervous about what the next book will be like. Well I was blown away by how great Quiver is. There was so much more to this book(which I didn't think was possible since I loved Quake). The chemistry between Kyle and Janny was scorching. Mad make-up sex is always a favorite and this was by far a book that delivers. I honestly say there telling myself there's no way they can make it through yet another obstacle. And than I kept routing for them to keep going because I loved their deep connection to each other. This story is packed with so many emotions and crazy events that you feel like your on a roller coaster. I wanted to get to a happy ending but than I wanted the story to keep going because I loved reading this storyline. I can't wait for the next book. I want it to be ok already. I got lucky and read Quake and Quiver back to back and now I actually have to wait for the next book. Jacob Chance is a wonderful new author that has truly out done himself with these first two books and I'm excited to see what else he comes up with. *Reviewed for Sweet Spot Sisterhood*

I enjoyed this short read, and while it completely held my attention, I wish there was more. It was over too soon for me! I love the characters and the struggles they have gone through together and apart. I wish we had some more of Kyle's POV during the time when he made a decision in regards to Janny. It seemed too abrupt and to easy. I want to say much more in regards to this situation, but I digress. I can only say so much "in code," lol!
I thought this book was great and it thoroughly gave me the creeps, as intended. The hot scenes were hot, too! The plot and outcomes were a little predictable, but not transparent, and didn't diminish my interest from the storyline. I can't wait to see what happens next! I'm looking forward to book #3, Delve, in November!

You can quiver in anticipation or you can quiver in fear.
One is sexy, the other is not.
Janny and Kyle had a rough first book and this one isn't any easier on their relationship. Trials make some relationships stronger, but tear others apart.
How strong can they be? Will they even try? What else can they endure?
Just as quick as book one, the second installment is over too soon. Questions pop into mind but alas it's over. Don't fret though because there will be more...
I liked having more of Janny and Kyle. I would even read more. I am intrigued by the next installment.
I'm not sure how to explain my feelings on this one. I liked it. It was a good twist in their story. I am very happy with some aspects, but I'm impatient and don't like waiting. I need to see certain things resolved and I'm twitching with frustration that it's not. But they say good things come to those who wait, so...
