This job. Boring is too colorful a word for it. I’ve been escorting humans to the afterlife for millennia. I’m over it. But when you’re the son of the two greatest reapers of all time, reaping is in your blood. My latest appointment is with one Annabelle Lyric, a twenty-eight year old New Orleans party planner. Snoozefest. But there is one bonus to this assignment: it’s Halloween night. In New Orleans. And she’s attending a posh party whilst unaware of her impending demise. I’ve been tasked with taking Annabelle’s soul right after the masked ball. The good news? I’ll fit right in with all the costumed partygoers. The bad news? That hits me when I realize Annabelle is much more than my next victim, she’s my fated mate.
Note: This is a short, sexy Halloween tale of true love.

Okay, you're probably shaking your head at this confession, but I had tears pouring down my face reading this. I guess I'm a sucker for a "star-crossed" lover tale.
The Reaper's Mate is a quick story that packs a mighty punch. It has the lusty need, the desire for your soul mate, the feels of loss, and hope - only to be crushed. But, is that the end? Read it, because you won't be disappointed, but you might be crying.
The feels in this quick story are just as intense. I loved it all. The steam, the naughty, and the conclusion. It's a sure hit.

With Halloween approaching, this short novella seems very fitting. I am not a huge fan of paranormal, but Celia kept me interested with the super hot scenes and the HEA. It is definitely one to check out.

Star-crossed lovers and insta-love, yeah, I'm a sucker for them.
It's a quick but intense filthy read. Matt is a collector of souls and when he comes to collect his latest one, he meets Annabelle, his soul mate. It has it all desire, intense sexual chemistry, danger, loss, and heartache. It may be a quick read but I really enjoyed it.
